Outfits: Remember The Time

I couldn't resit picking up the black lace cropped top above and the nude jumpsuit below from the super discounted sales rack! I'm considering returning the jumpsuit though...it's just a little too pajama-y...any thoughts? I matched the lace cropped top with a leopard skirt and beaded sandals for a subtle texture mish-mash. Tried to dress up the jumpsuit with nude platforms, chains, and gold and silver bangles...but it still looks like a tacky matching pajama set to me, haa.
P.S. Please excuse the awkward stretchy poses...I've been trying to work out a newfound pain in my neck and upper back from carrying my hospital badge, keys, and pager all on a super fashionable lanyard around my neck alll dayyy looonggg....ha.

First: Nightcap Clothing top. H&M skirt. Oscar de la Renta shoes. Stuhrling watch from Ice.com.
Second: Rory Beca jumpsuit. Aldo shoes.

love the cropped top. the lace makes it sexy without being over powering.
And i actually like the jumpsuit, but i think if you have the bottom cut and tailored shorter, it would be really nice!

i love the jumpsuit. pair it with a blazer and some hot pumps! tailoring it so that it's a little shorter and tapered at the ankles would help with bagginess of the pants, but it all depends...

Oooh I love your jumpsuit!

i think the jumpsuit would work if you shortened the pants or rolled it up (if it can stay).. also paired with something more dramatic over it like a sequin jacket or blazer, maybe a vest of some sort. if u think u wont use it that much i say return it! love the cropped top!

i think u pulled the jumpsuit off very well! but not a fan of the beaded sandals tho. lastly, you are so beautiful!

I like the jumpsuit! Maybe you can cut off the bottom and turn it into a romper with cuffed shorts. Or if you don't want to lose the legs, you can accessorize with some sort of belt? I wish I could pull something like that off, but I don't have the height or legs :P

Your gorgeous! What about wearing daintier shoes w/ the jumpsuit? I like everyone's ideas about tailoring the pants or rolling them up, and wearing them with pumps. I think matching them w/ daintier shoes (like the Oscar de la Renta's) would def up the hotness factor of the outfit :D

DO NOT RETURN THAT JUMPSUIT! its an incredibly beautiful color, reminds me of a stella mccartney design, simple, chic and practical.. you can do so much with it, throw men's cut blazer over it, or a leather biker, its gorge and I can't say enough about the laced crop top, great scores darlin'! you look fierce!
xo!

Mmm you are such a hottie! I think the reason the jumpsuit looks pj-like is because of the pant-length. Maybe cuff them to ankle length...? Or get them hemmed?

I actually like the idea of cuffing, and adding a blazer or something for structure.
